The data operator is the company mentioned above, acting as the developer and administrator of CARYNA.

2. What data do we collect

By using CARYNA, the following types of information can be collected:

a) Information provided directly by the user

  • questions, comments, or other messages sent in the chat

  • optional, contact details (name, email) if provided voluntarily.

b) Technical and usage information:

  • the type of browser and device;

  • Anonymized IP (for local statistics or preventing abusive access)

  • Store data locally (localStorage) for conversation continuity.

Note Sensitive personal data is not collected automatically. CARYNA is not designed to request personal identification numbers, banking information, or other critical details.

3. How do we use this data

The collected data is used exclusively for:

  • providing conversational service

  • improving the quality of responses

  • anonymous internal analysis of interactions;

  • storing the conversational context (localStorage)

The data they are not sold, shared, or transferred to third parties without the explicit consent of the user.

4. Data storage

  • Conversations are not permanently stored on the server unless you explicitly request this feature through various module options

  • Only the last messages can be temporarily stored in the cache or localStorage in the user's browser

  • The dedicated server runs in a secure environment, exclusively controlled by Rugnis International SRL.

5. User rights (according to GDPR)

According to EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR), you have the following rights:

  • Right of access - you can request details about what data we have about you

  • Right to rectification - you can request the correction of inaccurate information

  • Right to erasure - you can request the deletion of your data (to the extent they are collected)

  • Right to restriction - you can limit the processing under certain conditions

  • Right to object - you can refuse automated processing or profiling.

6. Data security

We are implementing technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, loss, or destruction

  • dedicated server with limited access;

  • encrypting HTTPS communications;

  • protection against external attacks (firewall, rate-limiting).

The CARYNA service is not intended for use by individuals under 16 years old without the consent of a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.

8. Third-party services

CARYNA can interact with other external applications depending on the model used. For example :

  • Facebook API (for automated posts and comments, if this feature is enabled)

  • other customer-integrated providers.

The data sent to these services complies with the minimization requirements and is anonymized where possible.

This policy can be updated based on legislative changes or changes in the services provided. Any major changes will be communicated on the website or within the application.
